Darren Smith Memorial Ride 2015

Once again we are having the annual Darren Smith Memorial Ride to remember one of the most amazing young cyclists of our time. Darren lost his life after being struck by a truck with an overhanging load while training between Brisbane and the Gold Coast not long after competing at the Barcelona Olympics. Not only did Australia lose an amazing cyclist in his prime but we lost a young man 18 years old who could light up the room with his infectious smile! If you love the tradition of cycling come and join us so we keep his memory alive.

Ride date is Sunday November 2015.
