Suspension Servicing and Set Up

Bicycle suspension has come along way since the early days of 1 inch travel RockShox forks and now more then ever it is crucial you set your suspension up correctly to get the most out of your bike. At Lifecycle we will help you dial in the suspension on your new mountain bike before leave the store and are happy to give you plenty of tips for proper care and maintenance at home.

When picking up your new dual suspension bike make sure you ask Jack or one of our other MTB experts to quide you through the suspension set up tables in your owners manual. For our rear suspension ask about the new Sag meter from Specialized that will let you get the optimum air pressure in your new Epic or Stumpjumper bicycle.

We also offer various service options to keep your forks running as smooth as the day you purchased them. We are pleased to work closely with the officially Fox, Manitou and Rock Shox service centres to ensure that genuine parts are available for your repairs where needed and that any warranty concerns can be dealt with swiftly. We can also give you advice and guidance on aftermarket products such as Enduro seals that may be just what you need to bring an old beat up fork back to life.
