Cycling is a social sport and at Lifecycle we have a strong cycling community who always welcomes new riders. We have many organised rides which you can find details of in the links below, however, if you’re new to our group, or cycling, we recommend that you begin with our Saturday morning rides. Our groups include riders of all levels, from beginners to World Class professionals, it’s a great mix and it means you can learn from everyone.
